All submitted abstracts are currently under review, and authors will be notified shortly regarding the outcome of their submissions. With the notification, free registration codes will be sent to all authors.

Abstracts must be related to the topics of the workshop.
The abstract is limited to 400 words and should contain:

- Author name
- Background
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusions
Abstracts must be submitted before registration. Following the completion of abstract validation, applicants, whether accepted or not, will receive a code enabling them to benefit from free registration*. This code is essential and must be entered during the registration process.
It is essential that, even if you have received confirmation of your abstract acceptance, you still complete the registration process through this link, as this is necessary to attend the event. Please note that entry will not be permitted to anyone who has not registered.
Notifications about acceptance or refusal will be sent after the submission deadline.
This year, the poster presentation will be in printed format. Please bring your poster with you. The suggested/maximum size is W 841 x H 1189 mm.
During the guided poster tour sessions, a representative of the poster must be present.
